Manage and update daily inventory from the US warehouse, follow- up and update. the status of containers coming to the US monthly.
Handle the complete setup of Amazon accounts, from initial creation to configuration for optimal operation.
Answer customers&039; inquiries and requests, resolve issues and deliver excellent customer experiences to all customers.
Understand and adhere to Amazon’s marketplace rules and regulations. Stay updated with any changes in policies and ensure all listings comply.
Manage and resolve any issues such as restrictions or chargebacks.
Communicate, and handle shipments with facilities in the US.
Communicate with customers via the chatbox on Amazon and receive calls.
Relevant tasks that are assigned by the CS supervisor.
Optimize product titles, descriptions, and other content for search engines.
Maintain the online shop, including product listings on Amazon.

Live in HCMC.
Be able to swift shifts if needed.
Experience: 1- 2 years working in the Customer Service field.
Good English writing is a must (100% of customers are native speakers).
2 years of experience working on Amazon.
Previous experience in the furniture industry is an advantage.
