Nhân Viên Senior UX/UI Design

- Work with Visual Team, Content team, Brand & Performance team to understand the project scope and objectives, provide time estimates for each tasks give
- Participate in brainstorming session to share new design perspectives and ideas
- Create effective, trendy and on-brand layout for websites, landing pages, banner ads and other digital medium.
- Create highly well-crafted and effective Key Visual and collaterals for marketing campaigns
- Analyze all aspects of our ecommerce operations and digital marketing activities (e.g. visits, time spent on site, abandon rate, UI and UX analysis, FB, Instagram engagements, etc) and how to optimize each phase in order to optimize revenue and profits
- Specifically, Web Development - Visual Merchandise will work alongside other tribe members to build up front end templates, HTML, CSS/SASS, JavaScript and jQuery that work across all major browsers and devices, bringing Couple TX’s digital platform to live.
- Continuously perform A/B testing to improve outcomes

- University/ College Degree/ or Certified Qualifications from related fields (Graphic design, Multimedia design)
- Minimum 2+ years of work experience in digital agency preferred
- Strong portfolio showcasing high-end digital design skills
- Excellent aesthetic judgment and willingness to collaborate within a team environment.
- Ability to manage own time effectively, meeting deadlines and design standard
- Good spoken and written English
