• Ensure that all staffs are conversant with Quality Environment Policy, Wrap Principles, and buyer’s code of conduct. In case this is not so, he/she needs to make sure that these persons are properly trained.
• Plan, organize manpower and system requirements for processes audit to ensure products comply with buyers’ standard and specifications.
• Ensures that all employees adhere to the systems standard operation procedures (SOPs/WIs, Quality standard, Lean manufacturing…).
• Monitor processes and changes.
• Give fully support to all Supervisors, Staffs… so they will be able to handle daily operation.
• Ensure department’s KPI: MU%, OTD, quality, reduce wastage
• Take responsible to control and protect company’s assets.
• Develop Personal Development Plans for subordinates and monitor progress.
• Any other duties may be assigned by management from time to time.
• Ensure company’s rules & regulations are being followed strictly by all staffs
• Identify reasons for employee non-conformance (e.g. training required, managing poor performance, refusal to obey lawful instruction, absenteeism, turnover) and takes appropriate actions.
• Monitor and reduce wastes such as product, packaging, steam, air, water, and electricity.
• Coordinate effectively with internal and external stakeholders as sale team, development team, AH, cutting, sewing to get quick response and feedback.

- College graduation or higher
• Must have experience in pattern and marker
• Basic knowledge about one of these softwares: Autocad, Lectra, Optitex, PAD.
• Excellent at English
• Using Gerber well is an advantage.
• Experience as a team leader
• Basic knowledge about garment technology, especially in pattern and marker
• At least 2 years’ experience in pattern and marker
• Experience in manufacturing environment is a plus.
• Good at Microsoft office: work, excel, PPT, MS, …
