Position Description
• To work with the 3D Visual Team to develop a concept sketch into a developed 3D design.
• To work as part of a team to initiate and develop concepts from starting point through to be built reality
• To work with the Architecture team for coordinating and updating drawings and designs.
• To prepare presentations for client, consultant and/or relevant parties.
• To visualize design ideas in AutoCAD, Photoshop, Sketch- up, and/or other suitable media.
• To make presentations and hold coordination meetings with clients and other consultants.
• To be able to produce detail drawings for production of the interiors.
• To specify suitable and international standard material finishes.

Qualifications:
• Solid experience in AutoCAD and Photoshop.
• Good concept design skills and ability to bring the concept into detail design.
• Initiative and strong design interest, to help current design team.
• Years of experience: at least 2- 5 years
• Competence in organizational support, react well under pressure.
• Good written and oral communication skills (English)- mandatory
• Minimum education level: Bachelor degree in Interior Design
• Good time management and organizational skills.
• Good knowledge of international hospitality design. Having a good understanding of the necessary requirements.
• Good at 3D design skill is a plus
• Flexibility, diligence, reliability and responsibility are a must.
• Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team
• Knowledge about Vietnamese building code and building regulations
• Should be self- motivated and able to grasp new concepts quickly.
