Mô tả công việc

* Visual and Interaction design
- Design visually attractive and consistent Power BI reports and dashboards, adhering to the company visual standards.
- Design and deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mockups optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces.
- Conduct usability testing to gather feedback on the design and functionality of Power BI reports.
- Define user interaction patterns, including navigation, filtering, and data drill- downs to create interactive elements.
* User Research and Analysis
- Gather user feedback and usage data to identify opportunities for improving Power BI reports.
- Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points.
* Collaboration
- Collaborate with developers to implement design solutions within Power BI and other visualization tools.
- Work closely with business analysts, data analysts, data engineers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and constraints.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and explain design concepts and decisions clearly
- Able to work independently and proactively with internal & external stakeholders
- Willing to work/learn with other topics which company requires to do
- Bachelor degree related to Design, Human- Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proficient with Microsoft O365 product suite
- Excellent skills to communicate effectively in English
- Up- to- date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar position.
