Nhân Viên Thu Mua Gỗ - Rm Purchasing Associate

Be in charge of planning to purchase woods and controlling the quality/quantity, schedule to deliver on time, and meet the purchasing requirements.
Responsible for searching and approaching wood suppliers in all regions such as companies, suppliers, wood project owners, and forest owners... after that, negotiating and signing the purchase contracts/agreements.
Implement the purchase of timber according to the orientation and requirements of the Company.
Maintaining good relationships with the partners, customers, and relevant local government in order to ensure a smooth process of wood materials purchasing and delivery, guaranteeing long- term cooperation.
Coordinating with other departments to complete the purchase procedure.
Other responsibilities shall be followed to assignment by the higher manager.

Great health, ready to go on business regularly.
Graduated from Vocational school or higher, a major in agroforestry is preferred.
Honest, nimble, resourceful, well- adapted, and willing to learn.
Fluency in English and Microsoft Office; Good communication, and negotiation skills.
Male/Female, under 35 years old.
Having experience and knowledge about purchasing wood is preferred (if not can be trained).

Working time 44hrs/ week
