Perform all side work.
Assist all other servers to give excellent, seamless service to the guest.
Properly present all checks and collect necessary funds or signature.
Clears, cleans, resets and maintains station during shift.
Provide excellence guest service, while having the ability to predict and exceed the guest’s needs and expectations.
Must have knowledge of all cashier function.
Must be able to meet the attendance guidelines of the job and adhere to departmental and company policies.
Handle guest complaints immediately, involve management when needed.
Knowledgeable of all the properties amenities and services, have the ability to make suggestions to promote the property.
Have a thorough knowledge of the sequence of service and follow it at all times.

Good English communication skills.
Graduated College or above with the related major.
Professional appearance.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Working at Corona Resort & Casino Phu Quoc.
Good working knowledge of MS Office and payment
