Nhân Viên Tìm Kiếm Nguồn Hàng (Sourcing Executive)

Responsibilities/ Accountabilities:
Search and update the suppliers database
- Negotiate price, MOQ, development & purchase terms
- Update the database of yarn/ fabric/ accessory and suppliers
- Search for suppliers, get price quotation to inform Sales department as per request of fabric & accessory sourcing
Suppliers relationship management
- Re- negotiate with suppliers to hit the target of cost reduction
- Review the purchase order history and assess the quality of suppliers
- Participate in fairs, visit suppliers;
Provide information and support for garment development
- Ask for samples and update information for Sale
- Act as the focal point and work with the Sale team to develop materials with suppliers in the sample development phase.
- Support by handling arising problems related to materials quality
- Research and update trends, technology and new types of yarn/ accessory/ fabric in domestic and international markets

- Computer skills: Microsoft Word, Excel, Power- point
- Over 2 years sourcing experience in garment manufacturing
- University graduate & above
- Good command of written and spoken English
