Follow standard processes and procedures, ensuring smooth and error- free reservation process for passengers.
Confirm & take care of daily requests/bookings from direct customers or travel agents as assigned by Sales Manager.
Develop constructive and cooperative working relationships with those on your team, as well as cross functionally.
Ensure an effective & efficient communication with customers.
Interact with customers via channels: Phone, emails, social media, VoIP applications to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about products and services.
Enquiries must be responded within 24 hours.
Execute, gather & report any tasks as the Sales Manager requests.

Good in negotiation skill and carefulness.
Proficient MS Office, outlook and internet.
Fresh graduates are welcome. Energetic and Passionate individuals will be given priority consideration.
Able to work independently and under pressure. Multitask to operate within a fast- changing environment.

High sense of teamwork and adaptability.
Good knowledge of foreign customers’ expectations and willingness to meet their demands.
Fluent in spoken English and good at written English.

Good knowledge of travel destinations in Asia.
Customer and result oriented with good business mindset.

Business trip to Australia and New Zealand and other countries.
Work- cover insurance. Picnic and activities follow the company policies.
Wage Pay (10,000,000VND – 15,000,000VND/month), Incentive Pay as the Company policies.
