Attending team meetings / trainings / inspection trip
Managing client’s portfolio
Elaborating tour programs according to clients’ requests and following the Sales Department procedures
Communicating with Direct clients, meeting their demands and requirements via emails or phone
Making programs and quotation according to the company&039;s form
Co- operating with the operation and accounting departments to follow up and to ensure the completion of the tour programs created
Other tasks within the scope of expertise as required by management and board of directors.
Advising clients and keeping abreast of the market news and the forthcoming products
Understand how clients think and adapt your ideas to suit individual needs
Continuously improve through feedback
Collecting marketing documents and providing additional information to clients (about the destination and the products) in order to boost sales

Customer and result oriented with good business mindset.
Fluent in spoken English and good at written English.
Proficient MS Office, outlook and internet.
Good in negotiation skill and carefulness.
Excellent in communication and interpersonal skills with high professionalism.
Able to work independently and under pressure. Multitask to operate within a fast- changing environment.
Good knowledge of travel destinations in Asia.
At least 3 years of experience in the Sales inbound market is required (priority is given to Australian and US markets)
High sense of teamwork and adaptability.

Working hours are from Monday to Saturday morning.
Salary: 10,000,000- 12,000,000 VND
12 days of annual leave entitlement
