Nhân Viên Tư Vấn Kỹ Thuật / TAS Executive

Objective of the function:

TAS is responsible for deliver technical support- to- support Sales Team, working with a wide variety of customers to deliver professional technical services on strategic and global priority accounts. This position will be in charged for Vietnam market and focus on footwear’s and accessories.

Main responsibilities:

- Supporting on use of Amann software – thread consumption and price analysis
- Assist to Head of TAS to carry out additional assignments/plans for the company’s effective operation and TAS Global Project if needed
- Promoting the Company top of the line products to customers by using the AMANN Technical Advisory Services Concept.
- Consult customers in productivity improvement projects regarding thread sewing ability
- Able to train the sales team on the technicalities of threads, machine applications
- Using a high level of technical input to build very strong business relationships with development/ production/ quality assurance personnel in the customer organization
- Advising complaint handling guidance/ assistance for the sales/ QA whenever required
- Analyze problems occurred in customers’ sewing operation or finishing treatment process and provide technical solutions to the problems
- Delivering technical presentations & conduct technical seminars to key customers as well as brands in order to build a strong image for Amann Technical Services
- Providing technical support in sewing and embroidery solutions for FW and Accessories.
- Conducting thread & machine audits, training programs, workshops, and consumption analysis, coming under Amann sewing & embroidery solutions for FW and Accessories.
- Further development for automotive

Knowledge, experiences, education, skills, personal competencies and behaviors:

- University in Sewing Technology and Fashion, Yarns Technology or Weaving Technology
- Technical knowledge & technical mindset is the must
- Relevant work experience: 1+ years in Technical Advisory Service in Footwear and Accessories

- Willing to travel if needed (Vietnam & Cambodia)
- Fluent verbal and written English.
- Presentation skill and problem- solving skill
