We are currently recruiting for the position of Talent Acquisition Specialist to support the company. Below are the details of the position:
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Support and improve onboarding processes to ensure a positive new hire experience.
Coordinate with Marketing to implement Employer Branding activities on company website, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other platforms.
Keep updated on labor market trends; maintain strong relationships with potential candidates in functions such as Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Supply Chain, Finance & Accounting, and Digital Transformation…
Source and build candidate pipelines through multiple channels (job sites, LinkedIn, Facebook, networking, headhunting…)
Plan and manage job postings; suggest and optimize recruitment channels for each position.
Work closely with Hiring Managers to clarify job descriptions and requirements, and adjust when necessary.
Track and report recruitment progress regularly; propose solutions to improve recruitment efficiency.
Share knowledge, support, and guide junior recruiters in interviewing, candidate assessment, and task allocation when required.
Execute monthly recruitment plans to meet hiring targets and ensure candidate quality.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Strong understanding of labor market trends and industry specifics.
Excellent communication, persuasion, and relationship- building skills.
At least 6 months of recruitment experience, preferably in: Technical sales, engineering, or customer service roles, Hiring for Manager/Senior- level positions.
Responsible, proactive, and eager to learn; able to work independently and perform well under pressure
Proficient in professional recruitment platforms (job sites, LinkedIn > 500 connections, Facebook, etc.).
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or related fields.
Experience in building and managing a candidate database.
Strong knowledge of the recruitment process; skilled in interviewing and candidate evaluation.
Good planning, reporting, and KPI- setting skills; able to propose resources, channels, and budget for hiring.
Experience in Employer Branding is a plus.
Basic English communication skills.
