Tasks & Responsibilities:

Ensuring all transactions are performed following the company&039;s Compliance Rules
Provide customer service
Professionally deals with customers&039; inquiries promptly
Suggest changes or improvements to increase accuracy and efficiency in the operations procedures.
Conduct department&039;s reports
Resolve and follow up on pending transactions, escalating where needed
Operate EzyRemit backend system
Ad- hoc tasks
Assist the General Manager in creating Operations documents.
Responsible for processing all transactions efficiently.

Requirements:

Excellent communication skills in both English and Vietnamese
Strong time management skills
Have attention to detail
The ability to work under pressure is necessary
Be a team player with a "can- do" attitude
Able to work on special events and holidays
Be willing to work flexible shifts
Strong problem- solving skills
At least one year of experience in Customer services
The ability to work collaboratively in a fast- paced environment
