Night Manager

Assists the Front Office Manager in managing the overnight shift operation of the Front Desk at the hotel.
Provides information for all hotel colleagues that is accurate, useful and to their requirements, enhancing the effective operation of the hotel.
Liaises with guests and staff and acts upon any queries, complaints and compliments received and to takes corrective action if necessary.
Ensures the efficient running of night operations.
Takes responsibility for the night audit and ensure that all the money is held in a proper manner and in accordance with the specifications of the accounts department.
Manages and supervises night duty staff and operations.
Has full knowledge of the hotel health and safety and fire and threats procedures.
Has excellent knowledge of the hotel facilities and services and actively promotes the hotel to guests and customers at all times. Creates a ‘sales awareness’ culture within the department.

Good health, mature, pleasant personality and neat appearance.
Strong inter- personal and leadership skills.
Able to cope with pressure.
Proficiency in English and computer literate.
Minimum 2 years of experience in similar position.
Bachelor Degree in any field.
