Non-Trade Procurement Executive

Non- trade procurement policy and SOP (Standard Operating Procedure)
· Ensure Non- trade Procurement Policy/ SOP are followed and executed
· Ensure proper required controls are in place and followed to stay in compliance with company internal control framework
· Suggest and together with Financial Controller build a clear and complete non- trade procurement policy, SOP and authorization matrix, covering from supplier selection to retirement, ordering to payment for non- trade categories and
Supplier Management
· Maintain strong relationships with key suppliers that enhance the strategic partnership.
· Implement a robust supplier management process including selection, evaluation, performance management, and continuous improvement.
Managing operational procurement activities
· Authorizes procurement orders
· Places orders and expedites deliveries when needed
· Sources alternative products with competitive prices, while striving to maintain better or comparable quality, standards, and services
· Prepares tender invitations and executes tender openings for selected items and compares tenders for procurement decisions
Analysis, Research and Continuous Improvement
· Identify and implement continuous improvement/cost reduction programs.
· Analyze, collate, and summarize supplier performance data.
· Develop and report on supplier capability assessment regarding business needs.
· Recommend and provide analysis in support of alternate supply strategies or cost- saving opportunities.

· Negotiation and contract management
· Expertise in supplier’s management and procurement with good knowledge of ERP systems is preferable.
· Proven working experience as a procurement manager in multinational companies, manufacturing environment or packaging industries is a plus.
· Good interpersonal skills.
· Good leadership capabilities.
· Adhere to high level of integrity is the must.
· Aptitude in decision- making and working with numbers.
· Good in negotiations and communication. Fluent in English and Vietnamese is a must.
