NPI Engineer

NPI Engineer with expertise in understanding and troubleshooting circuits, particularly in areas such as snubbers, H- bridges, and buck/boost converters… The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in our New Product Introduction process, ensuring successful product launches and adherence to quality standards.
New Product Introduction (NPI):
• Drive the introduction of new products by analyzing design requirements, assessing manufacturing feasibility, and developing production processes.
• Lead the NPI process, collaborating with cross- functional teams to ensure smooth product transitions from design to manufacturing.
Circuit Understanding and Troubleshooting:
• Troubleshoot circuit- related issues during product development and provide effective solutions to ensure functionality and performance.
• Possess in- depth knowledge and hands- on experience in circuit analysis, particularly in areas like snubbers, H- bridges, and buck converters.
Quality Assurance and Improvement:
• Continuously identify opportunities for improvement in manufacturing processes to enhance product quality and efficiency.
• Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure products meet design specifications and industry standards.

Knowledge: Understanding electronic knowledge
Experience: Minimum 03 years
Functional Skills: Analyzing and trouble shooting
Education: Bachelor&039;s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field. Master&039;s degree is advantageous.
