NPI Project Manager

Manage and lead cell and production projects, drive cell and operation development project moving forward.
Position Summary
Key Responsibilities
Budget control, equipment development: arrange tendering, handle contract sign off, equipment delivery.
Drive teams for failure / root cause analysis and implement corrective action measures in timely manner.
Collaborate and facilitate communication across R&D, engineering, operations, quality, supply chain and vendor partners to meet cost, schedule, and quality goals.
Maintenance and update the projects files with internal TTI teams periodically.
Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies and facilitate conflict resolution within and between teams, focus on top level objectives and develop a better course of action.
With experience on MES system development or management.
Review and closely drive the readiness and execution of production on a daily basis.
Co- work with cross functional teams to define whole program, facility setup, trial and build, MP schedule.
Other tasks assigned by supervisors.

Good speaking English
PMP is preferred.
Strong written and oral communication, organization, presentation, and leadership skills, at least 5 years of leading equipment and production projects
Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Chemistry is required.
Skilled on PPT reports making and presentation, preferred if the candidates good at MS Project software.
Self- motivated and high- energy with demonstrated creative and critical thinking capabilities.
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes
Experienced in setting up equipment development and production schedules. Hands on and skill in detail issue solving with quality tools.
Pay attention to details and willing to learn.
