Nursery Engineer

Supervising the development status of plants. Proposing treatment plan to submit to the Board of Directors for consideration (Recording the history of contents related to the development process of each tree; understanding of plant protection drugs for effective and safe use )
Constructing a technical process for planting and propagating ornamental plants, ornamental plants and planning propagation to maintain and develop crops (Determining the method of propagation of each plant; Determining the maturity time for each tree type, up number of multiplication day, week, month, coordinate workers to check and supervise problems arising in the incubation process to propose plans to submit to the Board of Directors for consideration).
Directly supervise workers who implement the tree care techniques (Know the cutting techniques, planting techniques, bending techniques, etc. Update the latest technical methods to serve needs work)
Advising the Board of Directors on new technical methods to achieve high productivity in the work (Proposing solutions to improve planting and caring processes to ensure efficiency.
Develop procedures and guidelines for plant breeding and care techniques (Guidelines, implementation of techniques to ensure workers know well for implementation)

Fluent English communication;
Have at least 05 years of experience at the same position and HAVE PROJECT EXPERIENCE. Priority is given to candidates with experience in legal consulting,
Graduated from University, or related majors.
Work seriously and responsibly.
Good expressive writing skills
Ability to negotiate well, exchange and coordinate well, the ability to improvise and understand the fast, can quickly grasp the information related to the operation of the company;
Good communication skills
