ODM Designer

ODM Designer is responsible for managing the product development and design process in collaboration with external designers and suppliers of apparel manufacturing companies.
Descriptions:

Write product specifications and technical sheets and resolve design and technical issues during the production process.
Collaborate with external designers and suppliers to get involved in the development of new products and provide suggestions for design and style.
Research clothing market trends and competitors’ products to develop differentiated design ideas.
This position involves developing new product ideas, adjusting product designs and styles, and preparing samples and technical sheets required for production.
Continuously monitor the design and sampling process, and maintain the quality and schedule of the products.

Requirements:

Understanding of overseas markets and experience.
Proficient in design and production software (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.).
Strong communication and collaboration skills within and outside the team.
Understanding of clothing manufacturing and production processes.
Proactive and creative problem- solving skills.
Experience in fitting and sample production.
Minimum of 3 years of design experience in apparel export companies or related industries.
