Odoo Developer

Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Odoo Developer to join our team in implementing and developing ERP systems on the Odoo platform. The candidate will directly participate in business requirement analysis, solution design, feature development, and system integration to meet the operational needs of enterprises.
Responsibilities and Duties:

Develop new and customize existing Odoo modules according to requirements.
Build real- time or asynchronous data synchronization solutions using Kafka.
Work with MongoDB and PostgreSQL for data storage, processing, and optimization.
Design system architecture, database structure, and business process flows on Odoo.
Design, develop, and integrate APIs with external systems such as CRM, Website, Mobile App, Zalo OA, Google Services, ERP, and WMS.
Optimize Odoo system performance and integrated services.
Analyze and troubleshoot issues arising during system operation.
Analyze requirements from stakeholders, users, and various business departments.
Proactively work with stakeholders to gather requirements, assess feasibility, and propose suitable solutions.
Participate in code reviews, improve development processes, and ensure product quality.
Manage user permissions, data security, and access control within Odoo.
Support system deployment, training, and knowledge transfer to end users.

Qualifications and Skills:

Strong understanding of Odoo Framework architecture, including ORM, Security, Workflow, Views, Reports, and Cron Jobs.
At least 2 years of experience in Odoo development.
Knowledge and hands- on experience with Kafka.
Business knowledge in Accounting & Finance, Inventory & Warehouse Management (WMS), Procurement (Purchase), Sales Management, User role- based permissions and data security.
Knowledge and experience working with MongoDB.
Experience in designing and developing REST APIs.
Proficiency in Python and PostgreSQL.
Experience integrating systems via API, Webhook, or Message Queue.

Nice to have

Experience working with Linux, Docker, and Git.
Understanding of Microservices and system integration patterns is an advantage.
