OEM Product Development Coordinator

- Lead PD tasks relating to OEM accounts such as creating assembly instruction videos and processing requests for replacement parts.
- Lead tasks relating to new finishing developments.
- Prepare sample reports with photography and lead sample reviews with the client’s PD team.
- Prepare re- caps of the sample reviews for internal and external use.
- Participate in internal meetings with CS and other departments to align on development timelines and resolve issues.
- Coordinate with relevant departments and 3rd parties to process all testing requests.
- Support the OEM Team Leader with the transition from the development stage to mass production.
- Provide regular updates and reports for the OEM Team Leader, the clients and the CS team.
- Process new development requests and coordinate with relevant departments on related PD tasks including drawings, costing, testing, creating product codes and sample shipments.

- Ability to work cross- functionally and manage multiple priorities.
- A strong passion for and knowledge of furniture, design, and interior design, with a keen eye for aesthetic details.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage customers positively and understand their needs.
- A friendly, helpful, and confident personality, combined with a professional and well- groomed appearance.
- Fluent in English, with additional languages considered a strong asset.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays, to meet the needs of our customers.
- A minimum of 1 year experience in a product development role, preferably in the furniture, design, or interior design sectors.
- An associate or bachelor’s degree in a related field
- High level of organization and attention to detail.
