Lead office administration operations and ensure a professional, efficient, and scalable workplace environment.
- Manage office leasing, renovation, and expansion projects.
- Own end- to- end office administration, facilities, and vendor management.
- Build and manage admin processes, policies, and budget.
- Partner with HR and Leadership to support employee experience and internal events.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and local regulations.
- Lead and coach the Office Admin team.
- Oversee procurement, assets, and office services (cleaning, security, pantry, courier).
Yêu cầu công việc
Education background requirements: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience/Industry requirements:
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively in a fast- paced environment.
- Proven experience in HR administration, employee engagement, and project management.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- 5+ years of office administration / facilities management experience with at least 2 years at manager level
- Demonstrated problem- solving abilities and attention to detail.
