Attract and help to select the right and qualified candidates for position vacancies.
Provide professional support and advice on recruitment to line and departmental managers, and advice managers on best practice recruitment and selection. Assist Assistant Manager, Recruitment in approving process of Staff Requisition form based on manning guide and operation needs.
Advertise - get the job descriptions and personnel specifications, prepare job advertisements and suggest how and where jobs will be advertised and prepare other recruitment material such as brochures, posters, notices.
Develop and manage the database, candidate pool for each position (internally and externally).
Act as Recruiter and manage the on-line recruitment through all recruitment channels.
Conduct internal and external resume searches, employee referrals, etc.
Communicate with corporate functional leaders and talent resource team for additional resources/recruiting solution support.
Update the recruitment status reports on the weekly basis.
Correct and timely placement of internal and external advertisements.
Liaises with individuals outside the hotel including, but not limited to, government officers, colleges and universities, hotel schools, recruitment agencies, competitors and other members of the local community,
Ensure compliance with the Hoiana Group and Suncity Casino’s policies and procedures, and current local and government regulations pertaining to recruiting and selection practices.
Implement recruitment/selection strategy and mobility process, screen application forms, shortlist applicants, conduct pre-screening interviews, language tests and personality questionnaires as required
Be responsible for candidate reference check.
Site inspections for schools, colleges, and universities
Correct and timely placement of internal and external advertisements
Conduct exit interviews for line staff and provide feedback on reasons for turnover
Adherence to pre, during and post-employment checklists
Ensure Staff and Manager awareness of HR Policies and procedures
Collect all relevant documents for employment and visa processes, work permit and temporary residence card
Organize all visa & work permit related issues for expatriates, office staff, and board members
Plan and organize briefings and book all travel to briefings and Introduction training
Plan and organize medical checks before departure and after return
Advise on any questions related to administrative needs
Ensure regular update of the personnel database and filing of all relevant documents
Maintain confidentiality of proprietary materials and information.
Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Manager/Director.
Actively listen to and consider the concerns of other employees, responding appropriately and effectively.
Inform Human Resources management of issues related to employee relations within the division or property.
Perform any other duties which may be assigned by the management from time to time.
