Officer, Surveillance Operations

Duties may include but not limited to:

Use the CCTV and associated equipment to monitor activities in the casino and other areas

Detect inaccuracies and suspicious and illegal activities

Use the in house software applications

Report writing and completing documentation

Follow instructions as to duties to be undertaken

Interact with internal customers via the telephone

Maintain a strong understanding of procedures of both the surveillance and other departments

Follow department SOPs

Perform other associated duties as assigned

Ensure that all tasks, assignments, projects either generated by a supervisor or self-generated are completed to department standards

Be a reliable and dependable team member

Meet all expectations of the position.

Previous rotating shift work experience preferred

High School preferred

Excellent command of written and spoken English

Fully conversant with Microsoft applications

Customer service and delivery focused

Must be able to work various shifts including weekends and holidays

Extensive knowledge of cheating and game protection issues

Good Knowledge and experience of CCTV systems usage.
