Offline Channel Manager

Responsible for business negotiations with channel customers; market research and formulation of strategies; and management of channel new product release and promotion;
Maintain relationships with old customers and develop new customers and new markets. Develop sales expense budget
Responsible for the development and management of offline channels for the company&039;s brand products in Southeast Asia (priority to Vietnam). Responsible for regional business achievement. According to the company&039;s overall strategy and market conditions, formulate sales strategies and plans, and organize their implementation to achieve sales target.
Responsible for the development and maintenance of dealer customers: expand sales channels and build a complete channel system covering distributors and offline retailers: Priority will be given to those with successful experience in overseas market brands;
Explore the franchise system, sort out the overall plan for the franchise business and promote it.
Calculate, control sales costs and increase sales profits;

Be familiar with Vietnam and other Southeast Asian markets, regulations and related policies;
More than 3 years of experience in offline sales channel management of Vietnamese brands, preference is given to daily chemical industry;
Have a keen sense of the market and the ability to grasp market dynamics and market directions.
Ability to organize market development work independently;
Permanent in Ho Chi Minh City;
Chinese or English can be used as the common language for daily work.
