We are seeking a strategic and results- driven Omni Channel Assistant Manager to drive integrated business growth across both offline and online platforms. This role will lead channel and customer strategies, data- driven decision- making, and collaborative execution to position us as the 1 Omni partner of choice across key customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Omni Channel Strategy & Execution
• Ensure seamless O2O (Offline to Online) integration across key retail partners.
• Develop and implement customer/category- specific OMNI strategies to drive sales, share, and growth.
• Translate planning into execution with internal Category and eContent teams.
Business Unit & Demand Creation Planning
• Collaborate with DMCs and Brand Managers to drive category demand through omni activations.
• Lead Omni planning for Business Units (Home Care, Personal Care, Nutrition, etc.).
Key Account & Stakeholder Management.
• Act as the main point of contact for senior customer OMNI stakeholders (e.g., Head of Omni Commercial, Marketing, Content).
• Build strong, win- win partnerships and deliver aligned business priorities.
On- site Media & Conversion Optimization
• Lead on- site investment planning and optimize digital KPIs: Impressions, Clicks, Conversions.
• Conduct campaign evaluations and drive continuous performance improvement.
Data Partnership & Insights
• Build strategic shopper data partnerships to unlock growth opportunities.
• Lead data governance, utilization, and performance tracking with key customers.
CRM & Shopper Engagement
• Use data to drive engagement and conversion both online and offline.
• Collaborate with customer CRM teams to drive shopper segmentation and personalized marketing.
Innovation & Market Development
• Leverage customer data and content to deliver strong ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) and shopper engagement.
• Partner with Marketing teams to support NPD (New Product Development) and innovation rollouts.
Project Leadership & OMNI Foundations
• Lead cross- functional OMNI initiatives: media foundations, data/CRM setup, last- mile delivery optimization, and new revenue models.
• Support contract alignment and document sign- offs including NDAs and promotion agreements.
Financial Governance & Investment Management
• Partner with Finance and Category Management to ensure OMNI investments are well- planned, tracked, and liquidated monthly/quarterly.
• Integrate OMNI investments into the overall business plan.
