About the role:
Use the available resources effectively from Sales system operation, operating budget to human resource, commercial advantage, distribution system, etc… to complete the sales plan, profit, and market share and organization development.
Be responsible deliver the sales activities which achieve the target sales by monthly, quarterly, and yearly:
· Develop a business plan with customers to increase demand and revenue.
· Build up and develop good relationship with customers and new potential territories.
· Directly visit customers with the sales team to increase efficiency and support employees to achieve their goals.
· Deploy company programs and brand plan to the sales team to ensure efficiency and execution.
· Implement new regional customer outreach processes to gain more customers and sales.
· Coordinate with brands to build sales programs to boost sales.
· Market research and analysis to plan and implement for the entire region to increase sales and market coverage.
Monitor the activities of the sales team using tools to provide feedback/ recognition and reward:
· Build tools and train the sales team.
· Support product knowledge, scientific working methods and promote the work spirit of the sales team.
· Monitoring the business situation of employees every month, week, day for timely support.
· Develop a business plan with customers to increase demand and revenue.
Sales plan:
· Set up a sales goal plan for the entire employee.
· Market oriented, product and customer expansion.
Customer management & development
· Search, propose new distributor recruitment, periodically evaluate Distributors/Whole or Retail Customers capacity, propose termination of contract with Distributor following regulation & procedure of the company.
· Ensuring the successful implementation of major tasks in managing Distributors/Whole or Retail Customers (delivery, warehouse, inventory management, equipment, reporting systems ...)
· Regularly presence in the market for understanding and solving customer needs through the search for opportunity and give support proposals for business development.
· Perform other tasks for the development and sales in the area as the request of management.
