Online Commercial Planner

The E- Commerce Planner plays a key role in driving online sales performance through effective campaign planning and execution across Con Cưng’s digital platforms (App/Web) and partner e- commerce channels. This role works closely with cross- functional teams to ensure the timely launch, performance tracking, and optimization of campaigns aligned with business objectives.
Online Sales Planning by Category
Plan and execute product- push campaigns (e.g., Hot Deals, Bundles, Flash Sales, etc.).
Collaborate with Merchandising and Marketing teams to develop monthly/quarterly/yearly sales forecasts and revenue targets.
Propose category/product priorities based on seasonality, market trends, and customer behavior insights.
Data Analysis & Performance Optimization
Generate insights to improve sales performance, such as increasing basket size, reducing abandoned carts, and improving add- to- cart rates.
Utilize tools such as BI dashboards, Google Analytics, and app tracking to monitor key KPIs (e.g., GMV, Conversion Rate, View- to- Buy Ratio, CIR).
Campaign Execution & Coordination
Monitor real- time performance and coordinate issue resolution (e.g., traffic drops, GMV underperformance, voucher errors).
Ensure all campaign assets are delivered on time, including deal mechanics, creative ideas, landing pages, vouchers, etc.
Act as the key coordinator for online campaigns across departments including Marketing, Merchandising, and Supply Chain.
Product Display & Conversion Optimization
Analyze product performance by display position (CTR, CVR, GMV) and recommend improvements in layout or content presentation.
Work with UI/UX teams to optimize product placement across the homepage, category pages, and campaign landing pages.

Data- driven mindset; knowledge of data analytics is a plus.
Basic understanding of UI/UX principles.
Strong cross- functional collaboration skills.
Experience in campaign planning, execution, and basic KPI tracking (GMV, CTR, CIR).
Excellent communication and time management skills.
Minimum 2 years of experience in E- Commerce, Digital Marketing, Commercial Planning, or a related role.
Familiarity with marketplaces (e.g., Shopee, Lazada) and/or own- brand platforms (App/Web).
Strong understanding of online customer behavior and campaign mechanics.
