Job Summary
We are looking for a YouTube Channel Optimizer to contribute to the development and growth of our YouTube channels and social media system by optimizing content and supporting strategies. This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about content development on social media, especially on YouTube, with a marketing mindset, and are willing to learn and grow within the company.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor channel daily metrics to provide and operate actionable insights for improvement.
Operate and develop social media branding accounts for YouTube channels.
Manage and optimize YouTube channels, ensuring consistent content updates and growth.
Collaborate on strategies and issue solutions to enhance revenue and performance for potential high- growth channels.
Research YouTube trends and competitors to identify channel concepts and propose ideas for audience and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the digital distribution process for our extensive music library
Conduct catalog management to guarantee releases are correctly set, delivered on time, and accepted by all DSPs (Spotify, Apple Music, Meta,etc ...)
Stay updated on industry trends and platform requirements.
Troubleshoot and resolve any distribution issues related to products, artists, and music labels promptly
Collaborate with cross- functional teams to implement effective distribution strategies
Monitor and analyze distribution metrics, optimizing content performance accordingly.
