Join Launchmen, a leading digital marketing agency specializing in cutting- edge AI video production and business consulting, as a Project Management Assistant!
We&039;re searching for a fast- learning and enthusiastic individual to join our multicultural, supportive team and help us stay organized and productive using our unique productivity management tool! You&039;ll work closely with our talented Project Manager, internal team members, and other stakeholders, ensuring projects are completed on time and with top quality.
What you&039;ll do:
Collaborate with internal teams, and project- based contractors to deliver projects on time and at the highest quality;
Communicate effectively with the team and Project Manager, providing updates and managing expectations;
Maintain accurate project documentation in accordance with company procedures.
Assign tasks and monitor project progress, identify and communicate potential issues, and manage risks;
REQUIREMENTS
We prefer a superstar who has:
A passion for learning and the ability to thrive in a fast- paced environment;
Have an eye for detail to ensure accuracy and quality in all tasks.
A positive attitude and a quick ability to adapt to new challenges.
Good command of English communication and writing skills;
