JOB DESCRIPTION
📝 What you&039;ll do:
Maintain accurate project documentation in accordance with company procedures.
Assist with team meetings and provide guidance when needed;
Collaborate with internal teams, and project- based contractors to deliver projects on time and at the highest quality;
Assign tasks and Monitor project progress, identify and communicate potential issues, and manage risks;
Assist with managing multiple projects, ensuring milestones are met;
Communicate effectively with the team and Project Manager, providing updates and managing expectations;
REQUIREMENTS
This position offers compensation commensurate with experience. Prior experience is preferred, and higher salary ranges will be considered for candidates with more extensive qualifications. Ideal candidates should have:
Good command of English communication and writing skills;
A passion for learning and the ability to thrive in a fast- paced environment;
A positive attitude and a quick ability to adapt to new challenges.
Prior experience managing projects and working with foreign teams;
🕐 Work: We offer remote work flexibility within Vietnam. Specific working hours will be discussed during the interview.
