JOB DESCRIPTION
Join Our Creative Team as a Video Editor at LaunchMen!

Responsibilities:
Transform raw footage into captivating, high- quality video content that aligns with our audience’s expectations.
Follow a structured production process, ensuring each project is completed on time and up to our standards.
Design engaging motion graphics, including titles, transitions, and animations.
Collaborate closely with our creative team to meet client goals while maintaining brand consistency.
REQUIREMENTS
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in video editing with a portfolio that demonstrates high- quality work.
A detail- oriented, process- driven mindset with a commitment to following established workflows.
Expertise in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.).
Good communication skills in English, able to work seamlessly with the team.
An understanding of post- production elements like color grading and sound design is a plus.
