JOB DESCRIPTION
If you&039;re a fresh and energetic graduate who is also self- driven, earnest, and willing to learn & develop a career as a social marketing specialist in a dynamic and challenging start- up environment, then we want you on our team!
Location: Online, within Vietnam.
Main Markets: U.S. & Canada.
Employment type: Full- time- No Moonlighting allowed, Must be graduated or already finished studies
Position: Social Marketing Specialist (Freshly graduated, up to 1 year of experience)
Job Industry: Skincare
Package: up to 14 million VND plus (gross- negotiable)
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage social media content, communication, and ads on social media platforms such as TikTok, TikTok LIVE, Instagram, and various emerging channels.
After training, possess a strong understanding of the nature of website production, TikTok physical products, services, and marketing processes.
Research emerging marketing channels, trends, and competitors.
Handle affiliate programs and relationships with KOLs and KOCs.
Gain customer insights by directly interacting with our customers and closely collaborating with the Customer Experience Team.
Assist with other marketing initiatives as needed.
REQUIREMENTS
MUST HAVE
Can- do attitude: Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, and be proactive with a strong sense of responsibility and proactive work attitude.
Be able to confidently interact and communicate with US customers and creators
Must be familiar with Tiktok and consume US Tiktok content daily, ideal candidate should “live” in Tiktok & have excellent familiarity with Western culture and media
Fluency in English: A minimum 7.5+ IELTS or equivalent proficiency. An English certificate or any related qualification is required.
Ability to work flexibly & 100% remotely: weekends, flexible hours, and late hours for the US market. ( 8AM- 12PM; 8PM- 12AM or 8AM- 5PM for 3 days)
Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality & great critical thinking skill
No marketing degree or marketing experience needed
PREFER TO HAVE
0+ IELTS or previous studying or living experience in the U.S.
Strong passion for Start- up, Marketing, eCommerce, and Skincare.
Video editing: Know how to produce a video for TikTok, Facebook, Insta
Customer- driven mindset: be able to have a strong understanding of customers&039; references, sympathize with their pain points, and effectively align our products and services to satisfy their expectations.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS
Personal Laptop with good specifications (minimum 8GB/WindowOS or preferably with 16GB of RAM due to intensive usage)
BENEFITS
Standard package: 10- 14 million VND/month + extra bonus + EOY Performance bonus (Gross- negotiable)
Flexible hours & Fully remote with 1 weekly day off
5 sick leaves and 12 annual paid leaves
Probation: 02 months (100% salary)
