JOB DESCRIPTION
- Responsible for:
+Publish the contents following the procedure on wordpress, shopify etc
++Edit images for thumbnail and images inside contents using canva etc
++Upload text contents using simple html
++Review the contents using preview function to remove broken layouts, careless mistakes and low usability parts
+Prepare document related to the project together with project managers
++Research potential partners
++Contact services to check their services
++Research social media account, websites etc for marketing planning
+Communicate with customers, vendors and relevant people for the projects on behalf of project managers
+Gather the materials and upload the contents to the websites
+Organize and provide documents, reports and information.
+Other administrative tasks assigned by the manager.
REQUIREMENTS
- Requirements
+Bachelor&039;s Degree(Expected to obtain)
+English is required to communicate with manager
+Professional attitude to cooperate with other team member
++Understand the intent of assigned tasks and perform work that aligns with these intentions, delivering work that provides real value rather than merely completing tasks superficially.
++Conduct double- checks before completing tasks to eliminate careless mistakes and avoid unnecessary rework for other team members.
++Consider the information and circumstances of team members to ensure that any handover of tasks includes all necessary information, facilitating smooth progress in subsequent steps.
+Obey the house rule such as business etiquette and information security policy
