JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities:
Conduct interpretation during telephone or video calls, ensuring clarity and accuracy in consecutive interpretation from English.
Provide language interpretation services to facilitate communication between individuals with language barriers.
Utilize industry- specific terminology and understand relevant procedures across various sectors including Healthcare, Government, Insurance, Finance, Utilities, Travel and Hospitality, Emergency Services, Law Enforcement, Courts, and General Business.
Process information swiftly and succinctly, showing sensitivity to cultural nuances.
Maintain professionalism and courtesy at all times.
REQUIREMENTS
Requirement:
Candidates who apply are those who have graduated from university.
Qualifications:
Ability to maintain neutrality, objectivity, and concentration during conversations.
Adherence to client instructions with precision.
Bilingual proficiency at B2 CEFR level in English and other required languages.
Quick establishment of personal credibility.
Capability to explain cultural concepts to prevent miscommunication, with client permission.
Strong listening, retention, and note- taking skills to ensure accuracy.
Remote work capability on a permanent basis.
