JOB DESCRIPTION

Analyze business data and prepare digital marketing content
Assist on weekly marketing plan and execution in multiple social media platforms
Collaborate with Marketing vendors to build the company&039;s brand
Manage Executive&039;s schedule for meetings and events
Update clients and vendors/partners&039; contact data in CRM and run campaigns
Learn about the basic mortgage business to assist Operations Associate/ Loan Processor when needed.
Support the hiring process through Data intelligence software.
Audit and update the quarterly/monthly mortgage reports
Organize the company documents and files
Assist to write/record the company operations manual.
Ad- hoc tasks

REQUIREMENTS

Soft skills: Detail- oriented, Problem solving, Organizational, Clear communication, Time management.
Hard skills: Microsoft Offices, data visualization, CRM, Social Media
Attitude: Positive, Sense of Curiosity, High Adaptability
Languages : Proficiency in English and preferably the 2
nd
language ( Vietnamese, Spanish, Mandarin, Russian, Portuguese etc.,)
