JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Industry: Skincare- Main Markets: U.S. & Canada.
Location: Ha Noi / Hybrid- Both offline & online, team meeting offline 2 times per week in Hanoi, flexible locations.
Employment Type: Full- time- No Moonlighting or Part- Time Work Allowed- Must have no ongoing commitments or obligations that would interfere with the role
A DAY IN THE LIFE
Prepare daily and weekly reports detailing allocated working hours and progress toward monthly goals to ensure alignment with team and company objectives.
Proactively and promptly address customer queries and resolve issues/requests with thoughtful and accurate responses across multiple communication channels (Email- primary, TikTok Shop messages, and other social platforms) to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Actively follow up on customer concerns to ensure complete resolution and satisfaction.
Undertake additional tasks assigned by Managers to support teamwork and contribute to achieving team and company goals.
Gather customer insights to propose improvements and introduce new features, products, and processes. Collaborate with the team to implement these improvements to enhance the overall customer journey.
After training, develop a thorough understanding of our services, products, and customer service operations in a fast- paced start- up environment, including across multiple e- commerce platforms.
Support tasks related to the customer journey, such as testing new features, managing order fulfillment, and handling review improvement initiatives.
Learn in- depth skincare knowledge with the support of our team of skincare experts to transition into a skilled skincare consultant capable of providing tailored advice to customers.
Assist with upselling opportunities and managing payment processes, including handling chargeback requests.
Coordinate closely with team members to resolve customer requests efficiently and on time.
REQUIREMENTS
MUST HAVE
Patience and the ability to remain calm in stressful situations.
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
Resilience and a strong work ethic suited to the demands of remote work
Fresh graduate/Junior- up to 1 year of experience
Very detail- oriented and careful with every assignment, ensuring high standards of accuracy and quality in all tasks.
Driven to complete tasks and achieve goals efficiently, leveraging flexible hours to work smartly without adhering to a traditional 9- to- 5 schedule.
Proactive Attitude: A proactive can- do attitude, thrives on minimal supervision and exhibits a high degree of responsibility and initiative.
Personal Laptop.

Trustworthy and reliable, with a high level of honesty and integrity in all tasks
Fluency in written English: minimum 7.0 IELTS writing or equivalent (certificate is not required)
PREFER TO HAVE
Customer- driven mindset: be able to manage, prioritize, and follow up on customer requests in an organized and actionable manner to achieve the highest level of satisfaction.
Enthusiasm for customer satisfaction, solutions & start- up environment.
Strong passion & knowledge for skincare or experience in the beauty industry is a great plus!
BENEFITS
Working hours: 40 flexible hours with 1 full day off per week
Standard package: 10- 14 million VND/month (Base salary + Monthly bonus)
Probation: 02 months (100% salary)
5 annual sick leaves, and 12 annual paid leaves. Paid national holidays according to Vietnam’s official schedule
