JOB DESCRIPTION
You will support the Ops Manager to manage end to end business improvement and automation
projects, across all departments and functional areas. Your core responsibilities will include:
Diagnosing complex operational problems and developing compelling, data- driven solutions
Building and maintaining strong relationships with business and technology stakeholders
Coordinating across operational and technical teams to rapidly deliver the projects
Owning and implementing projects identified as key priority by the senior leadership
Identifying operational improvement and automation opportunities and recommendinginitiatives advancing the organization’ key objectives
Driving process re- engineering or, in the case of new products launched by the company,designing new, scalable processes to support rapid growth
Using quantitative and qualitative analysis to drive management decisions
REQUIREMENTS
Essential Experience / Criteria:
Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Engineering or Business disciplines from top- tier institutions
• 1+ years of experience, preferably with project management or business process improvement,including process mapping, operating model design, transition planning, etc.
Advanced in Excel / Google Sheets
Good understanding of the programming logic and ability to communicate with developers
Ability to think from different perspectives and generate functional solutions
Ability to see the big picture and dive into and understand operational details
Strong analytical skills
Strong written and oral communication, presentation and interpersonal skills are critical as youwill interact with very diverse stakeholders in the business and technology spaces
Desirable Experience / Criteria:
1+ years of experience at a top- tier strategy consulting firm
Knowledge of data analytics tools (i.e. PowerBI)
Knowledge of project management approaches, tools, and phases of the project lifecycle

REQUIREMENTS
- Have at least Bachelor&039;s Degree in Accounting.
- At least 2 years of accounting experience.
- Experience in invoice processing and payment process wouldbe an advantage
- Fluent in both Vietnamese and English is required
- Can start working immediately is preferred
- Working Hours : 8am- 5 pm (BKK Time), OT is provided ifrequired
