SALES CONSULTANT (REMOTE JOB)

JOB DESCRIPTION

Establish and maintain database of existing and potential customers.
Follow internal processes, including roster duties at sale galleries & show units.
Responsible for achieving personal and company’s Sales Target by direct sales of residential properties to customers.
Assist Sales Manager/ Assistant Manager in planning, creating, executing, and developing sales promotion plan and activities to achieve sales target.
Follow up closely on after- sales matters, including sales documentation, customer complaints and handover.

REQUIREMENTS

Field: real estate (rental, accommodation, hospitality are an advantage) > travel > insurance, banking > retail
Qualities: responsibility, trainability, goal- orientedness, high motivation, will and grit (product knowledge & customer connection are an advantage
Minimum 1 year of sales experience (part- time work experience is acceptable for ages 20- 22)
