Main responsibilities:
Other duties as assigned by the Senior managers.
3- way- matching purchased invoices in NetSuite.
Collecting and processing data from platforms, systems on a weekly/monthly basis.
Support to handle the booking of Retail transactions from the platforms (e.g., Lazada and Shopee)
Support Senior Accountant update and maintain Trackers, follow with other Stake Holders for any issues, delay on processing or payment/collection.
Processing transactions and performing accounting duties such as recording entries, reconciling books of accounts and Balance sheet Account management,
Invoicing to customers when required.
Handling supporting documentation.
Sending Statement of Accounts to clients and following up the collection. Maintain service level agreements and key performance indicators for the accounts receivable accounting function.
Maintain master files such as product list; maintain transaction details in systems.
Independently and effectively work with company operational staff and others to assure the proper and timely submission of invoices.
Support other team members to complete tasks.

Knowledge & Qualifications- At least 6- month Full- time Internship (Monday- Friday)- 3rd/4th year students in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related majors

Being proficient in English is an advantage
