Job summary: We are looking for an organized and motivated Operations Intern with a strong work ethic, who is eager to learn new skills and processes. The Intern will work closely with the operations team, performing administrative tasks and providing assistance with projects as needed.
Your Responsibilities Operations:
Assist with customer team with information’s service tasks, such as responding to customer team’s inquiries and processing orders
Assist with the development and implementation of operational processes and procedures
Monitor and track inventory levels, ensuring that orders are fulfilled in a timely manner, manage return/refund process
Analyze and report on operation metrics and order fulfillment
Assist with special projects as needed
Assist with daily operations and administrative tasks, such as data entry, filling, documentary
Qualifications:
Strong analytical and problem- solving skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Final- year student majoring in Supply Chain, Operations, E- commerce Business, or related fields with the ability to provide an official internship endorsement letter from the university
Detail- oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Good organizational and time management skills
