This role reports to Manager, e- Commerce.

You will have opportunities to go beyond media e- commerce to understanding the commercial agreements and strategic e- commerce. You will be the trusted advisor to the clients you work with. Hence, you will know how things actually happened so one brand can be so successful from upper to lower funnel. An overall view of media impacts will be one of the most satisfying result you achieve in this role.
You will see media metrics from different perspectives to achieve your targets. The requirement of flexibility in your ways of thinking will trigger your thinking unconventionally. But, the basics will keep your feet on the ground and guide your day- to- day decisions.

In Three Months
In this role, your goals will be:
Win the team’s trust
Closely work with one selected client team to support their e- Commerce activities and actively learn by doing..
Be familiar with Data Analysis and Reporting Dashboard – Google Data Studio/Power Query/Power BI
Thorough understanding and intensive trainings of the processes, platforms, tools, technologies in use in e- Commerce
In Six Months
Standardize data collected and create dashboard for effective reporting and insight gathering
Involve in providing training sessions to client teams
Independently work on & successfully e- Commerce campaigns
Actively involve in e- Commerce activities for data analysing and consulting for Mindshare client(s)
In Twelve Months
Join in directing e- Commerce Strategy to Mindshare clients and potential clients
Be an e- Commerce trusted expert raising your individual and team profile internally and regionally
Job Responsibilities
Other requests related to e- Commerce by your manager.
Engage with internal & external stakeholders across WPP agencies, technology providers, retailers to develop the most updated & most suitable solutions
Support other brands within the client group in the e- Commerce activitities
Work closely with people across function to build holistic & integrated media approach & deliver.
Communicate with the client to take brief, report and consult. This depends on the client’s need and the level of the campaign attention.
Support e- Commerce projects internal at local/regional level.
Campaign Planning, Optimizing & Reporting following the client’s request. This includes daily optimization via finding insights/patterns from historical day, report making using excel, Google Sheet & Powerpoint on daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly/half year basics.
You will need the below requirements to apply for the position
Strong communication and presentation skills (written & verbal), with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas into simple & comprehensive ones.
Deep understanding of how different media channels work together and how retail media fits within the wider ecosystem.
A self- starter attitude that thrives in a fast- paced environment. We want a person with curiousity of knowing why something works and why something does not work. You must not satisfy with the results but challenge the status & work to create learning experience & benchmark for not only the industry but also for you.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field.
Ability to collaborate and work effectively with internal teams and external partners.
1+ years of experience in e- commerce across paid media, retail and/or consulting. Having experience working in media agencies, media marketplace, e- Commerce brand/related field is a strong plus.
Drive to learn and understand the retail landscape and the latest trends in commerce media.
Excellent project- management skills; able to coordinate projects across multiple teams and functions.
Experience across the Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Having Data Analysis & experience with PowerBI is a plus (not mandatory)
Deep understanding of e- commerce & retail media and key local / regional platforms in Vietnam(e.g. Shopee, Lazada Sponsored Solutions, Tiktok Shop, etc.)
