This a Finance and Legal Operation Support Intern job might be for YOU, if:
You have:

Be able to work full- time for a period of 6 months;
A degree in economics, finance, legal, or similar field, final- year student;
Great knowledge of Excel and analytical skills, rigor and attention to detail;
Honesty and integrity in handling sensitive or confidential information.
Excellent written and spoken skills in English and Vietnamese;

You’re good at:

Ensure a faster and more efficient process for the Production team, with a particular focus on urgent deposits and payments;
Provide necessary documentation for the PO creation process and payment;
Monitor and follow up on supplier payments to ensure timely processing;
Help create Purchase Orders (POs) in our internal system;
Assist in setting up contracts and ensure they pass Quality Control (QC) checks before submission to the legal team;
Deal with suppliers (suppliers relationship) managing conversations on terms adjustment.
Follow up with the legal team to obtain necessary approvals;

You’re extra awesome at:
• Providing support to Finance Line Manager(s) in monthly reports (CIT, VAT, PIT, WHT)
• Coordinating with Finance Line Manager(s) to do the monthly closing booking
