Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Content Creation (40%)
In charge of content and posting on the organization&039;s digital platforms including the website, and social media channels such as Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn.
Develop/edit communication content in different forms in the form of articles, images, videos, etc to serve the organization&039;s communications and fundraising.
Coordinate with Communications and Digital Fundraising Officer to prepare communication materials for the organization&039;s media and fundraising campaigns/events.
Graphic Design and Video Editor (40%)
Newly designed and update the organization&039;s communication products: pens, key chains, t- shirts, canvas bags, notebooks, teddy bears, and communication toolkits for fundraising.
Collaborate with the program team to get the daily videos and pictures to use for communications and fundraising materials.
Work with the event and design agencies when required.
Take photos/edit images and videos necessary for internal and external communication through social networks, websites, TVC, etc.
Design images used in printing communication materials for events and fundraising activities: direct fundraising, online fundraising, corporate fundraising and the organization&039;s website content such as banners, brochures, standee, backdrop, leaflet, and wobbler, etc.
Others (15%)
Coordinate with relevant departments/teams to run fundraising campaigns and events.
Send monthly e- newsletters to donors.
Writing new fundraising cases to raise funds on Momo – a crowdfunding platform and sending the report to Momo when required.
Other tasks as required by Direct Manager.
Learning and Development (5%):
Upskill through training and workshops with Mentors/Trainers.

Can work 3 days/week on- site, the rest will work online with team.
