JOB DESCRIPTION
About the responsibilities
- Video editing: Edit videos at an intermediate to advanced level to support high- quality performance marketing content
- Creative production: Plan and coordinate photoshoots and video shoots for marketing content.
- Channel management: Take ownership of managing and maintaining content flow for social media channels.
- Design: Create visual assets such as Facebook posts and TikTok thumbnails.
- Content writing for social media channels
- Communication & coordination: Work directly with KOLs/KOCs for collaboration and content planning.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the team lead to support overall marketing operations.
REQUIREMENTS
About you
- A growth mindset and business- oriented thinking, you’re not just executing, you’re helping improve how things work.
- Solid skills in video editing (Adobe Premiere, CapCut, or similar) and a good eye for engaging content.
- Basic design experience (using Canva or any similar tools) to create social media visuals.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate cross- functionally.
- Ability to manage your own tasks and take responsibility for small- scale content projects.
Nice to have: Advanced English
