Other tasks as assigned
Resolve customer&039;s issue by providing the appropriate solutions following company&039;s SOP
Collaborate with other departments to meet clients&039; requirements
Manage company&039;s tracker, record, and database; ensuring data is always promptly updated
Responds to client inquiries and correspondence in timely manner
Provide accurate and timely information to clients and partners on details of company&039;s products and services
Makes sure that customers are always up- to- date with company&039;s latest capabilities
Maintain positive and professional relationships with customers
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor&039;s degree in a relevant discipline such as communication, journalism, English language, etc. (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply!)
Strong proficiency in MS Office and multimedia software, including publishing and analytics tools
Strong English proficiency, writing and speaking skills
Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills
Comfortable working in independent, remote, fast- paced environment
Relevant monitoring and analysis experience
Ability to multi- task, organize and prioritize projects
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to quickly process and organize large amounts of information and identify and assess items of the greatest importance
