Job Overview:
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager for our Coaching Services with a strong background in building marketing funnels for education businesses. The ideal candidate will have 3- 5 years of experience working with Social Media, Email Marketing, CRM systems, and omnichannel marketing strategies tailored to education services. The role involves developing and executing effective marketing campaigns that attract, engage, and convert prospects into loyal customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Create and manage omnichannel marketing strategies, including social media, content marketing, and paid advertising.
Develop, implement, and optimize comprehensive marketing funnels tailored to the education sector.
Identify new opportunities and channels to reach and engage our target audience effectively.
Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and the education industry.
Collaborate with cross- functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer support, to ensure cohesive and effective marketing efforts.
Design and execute email / Facebook Messenger marketing campaigns to engage potential and existing customers.
Analyze and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, using data- driven insights to optimize and improve results.
Manage and leverage CRM systems to track and nurture leads through the sales cycle.
Qualifications:
Proficient in CRM systems and email marketing platforms.
Strong understanding of omnichannel marketing strategies and their application in the education sector.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast- paced environment.
Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision- making.
Exceptional communication and project management skills.
3- 5 years of proven experience in a management role in digital marketing, specifically in marketing funnel building for education businesses.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with marketing automation tools, and knowledge of SEO and SEM strategies.
Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and website analytics tools.
Experience with omnichannel content strategy and funnel building.
