ABOUT THE ROLE:

We’re looking for a hands-on, highly creative Social Media Content Creator who lives and breathes content creation, especially in video and short-form formats for platforms like TikTok, Facebook, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.

This role is execution-focused: You won’t need to plan the content calendar — just bring the ideas to life through high-quality, eye-catching content. You’ll work closely with the marketing manager and receive support from a dedicated editor/designer, so you can focus on what you do best: creating standout social content.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Execute content ideas based on directions from the marketing managers.
• Film, edit, and deliver short-form videos (Reels/TikToks/Shorts) with high visual and sound quality.
• Create diverse content formarts, including: photos, carousels, memes, quotes, and short captions.
• Repurpose or adapt content for different platforms when needed.
• Use social media tools (e.g., CapCut, Canva, InShot, VN, Instagram templates, etc.) to enhance content production.
• Monitor trends and apply relevant ones to content execution.
• Occasionally engage and maintain Facebook groups or online communities.
• Collaborating with marketing manager to hold offline/online events, webinars, etc.
• Communicating with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network.
• Staying up-to-date with developments in digital technologies and social media trends, and generating new ideas to draw the audience's attention.
• Collaborating with marketing manager to analyze social media marketing performance and adjust strategies as needed.
• Conducting market research to analyze the audience and the industry.
• Liaising with potential agents for business opportunities.
• Other ad hoc marketing tasks.

• Have hands-on experience in creating social video content (portfolio/links required).
• Understand what makes TikTok, IG Reels, and YouTube Shorts perform well.
• Are confident with shooting, editing, and optimizing mobile-first content.
• Know how to balance creativity with fast execution and consistency.
• Are organized, self-driven, and open to feedback.
• Are passionate about education, English learning, or content with impact.
• Ability to deliver creative content (text, image, and video) and a keen eye for aesthetics and details.
• Familiarity with online marketing strategies and marketing channels, with the ability to grasp future trends in digital technologies and act proactively.
• Excellent communication English skills, both verbal and written, for effectively interfacing with all levels of management and departments within the company.
• Strong multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and networks at one time.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with a knack for turning statistical analysis into actionable marketing plans.
• Good understanding of social media KPIs.

TOOLS YOU SHOULD BE COMFORTABLE WITH:

• Video: CapCut, VN, InShot, Adobe Premiere Rush (or similar)
• Visuals: Canva, Instagram native tools, TikTok creative tools
• Communication: Google Drive, Trello/Notion, or basic task-tracking tools
