Business
Team support
Preparation of claims for the re- imbursement of business expenses and invoice administration
General office administration including maintaining filing systems, both electronic and paper based.
Provide full administrative support to FM Head (travel/meeting/diary arrangement, tracking, and reporting consolidation)
Working with security on security matters as relating to the dealing room access
Key dealing room contact in aliasing with property and/or relevant property facilitators on dealing floor related matters.
Ensure dealing room general well- being, health and safety is adhering to bank’s policies and guidelines.
Perform regular checks on dealing room equipment to ensure dealing room guidelines are adhered and where applicable, work with FMIS to address and resolve such issues.
Providing and addressing ad- hoc FM head, DRM/CBM or dealing room staff request relating to dealing room administrative, operational readiness and building management/premises matters.
Lodgement of invoices for all dealing room related expenses (leased lines/BAU maintenance) and raise ePro for payments processing.
Support Trading Desk
To assist the FX Trading Team in daily transaction processing including but not limited to the following:
Support trader in dealing booking, market analysis
Perform End of day limit/risk exposure review

To be engaged in compliance risk management as suitable to the assigned role within the business and the CRM framework- monitoring, reporting/escalation, managing.
Ensure money laundering prevention requirements and procedures are practiced at all time.
Acknowledge and understand thoroughly the contents and requirements of the Standard Chartered Group Code of Conduct.
Ensure a full understanding of the risk and control environment in area of responsibility.

Qualifications
Attention to detail.
Ability to learn and act fast
Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Vietnamese and English
Proven track record of working as a PA or team secretary in professional and demanding environment.
Ability to manage deadlines.
Strong planning and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and multi- task while remaining calm and professional.
Demonstrate initiative, flexibility and adaptability.
Self- driven, results- oriented and responsible with a positive outlook.
Excel/PowerPoint/MS Word/Outlook
Ability to work with people at all levels, particularly senior management, and be a team player.
Ability to work with minimal guidance whenever necessary and to focus on several diverse areas at the same time, showing good initiative as necessary.
