JOB DESCRIPTION
This is an hourly position with an expectedflexible working schedule.
Position Summary:This role is one contact point for the School of English & UniversityPathways (SEUP) which supports student recruitment processes and marketingactivities from the point of generating first contact through to admissions.
Key Accountabilities:
A point of contact for delivery of accurate information to customers about the English programs (TEEN/IELTS/SUMMER) and events at RMIT University.
Assist with logistics preparation, administrative and program advising tasks before and after events.
Conduct market research, competitor analysis and social listening.
Ensure excellent levels of customer service.
Manage CRM programs to record customers&039; information.
Other related tasks as required.
REQUIREMENTS
Excellent communication skill, both written and verbal.
Careful, meticulous and hard working.
Effective time management skill.
